The Council of Europe project “Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV” in co-operation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Youth Councils Association invites representatives of youth advisory bodies of Ukraine to a survey on the state of youth participation in decision-making processes, taking into account the realities and needs of young people in the war and post-war period.

In addition to the survey, the methodology for research of state of youth participation in decision-making processes, taking into account the realities and needs of young people in the war and post-war period, involves conducting focus group discussions with young people and representatives of government bodies.
Participation in the research will allow:
- To identify the successes, opportunities and obstacles faced by young people, youth councils and authorities in the context of ensuring youth participation in decision-making processes;
- To analyse the state of activity and identify the needs of youth councils in the war and post-war period, in particular in the development of competencies;
- To investigate the consideration of the realities and needs of different young people in decision-making processes, in particular in the conditions of the war and post-war period;
- To formulate practical recommendations for authorities, youth structures and international partners to strengthen the participation of young people in decision-making processes, taking into account the realities and needs of young people in the war and post-war period.
