A study visit to youth centers bearing the Council of Europe Quality Label in Belgium is scheduled for the period from 23 November to 30 November, 2025. The study visit is organised jointly by ADJ (the Flemish Non-Profit Association), Kremenchuk Information and Education Center "European Club" (the Youth Center "Space of Ideas"), the Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV".

During the visit, participants can get acquainted with the work of youth centers and local organisations, as well as programmes, practices and local and national policies.

The deadline for submitting applications is 19 October, 2025, 23:59 Kyiv time.
