On 21 February 2020 the second thematic meeting for representatives of local self-government associations of Ukraine was held at the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine. The focus of the discussion is to identify the needs for the professional development of local self-government officials and local councillors, taking into account the recent changes in legislation.

It was organized by the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Local Government Reform in Ukraine” on the request of associations as a platform for regular consultations on human resource management issues in the local self-government.
