On 8-10 May 2026, the General Meeting of the Association of Youth Centres of Ukraine was held in Kyiv.
At the invitation of the Association, the Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV" took part in the opening of the meeting and presented opportunities and resources for training young people and those who work with them in youth centres across Ukraine, in particular:
- Open call for the training seminar "Building Resilience in Young People", which will take place on 9-11 June 2026 at the European Youth Centre;
- Grant opportunities for youth CSOs from the European Youth Foundation;
- Manuals, educational games, research of youth centres in the member states of the Council of Europe;
- Study visits and co-operation with youth centres with the Quality Label of the Council of Europe.
In addition, youth workers were able to use the visual tool "Зірки. Stars. Les Étoiles.». In 2024, in cooperation with young people and an expert team, the Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase III" developed and published this visual tool for the education and training of young people and professional communities on human rights, democracy, non-formal education, youth participation, environmental protection, cultural heritage, artificial intelligence, anti-discrimination and social cohesion.

The Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV" is being implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine "Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction" for 2023-2026.
