Call for the provision of consultancy services, aimed at support and advice to the Prosecutor General Office of Ukraine in implementation of communication strategy in times of war and raising public support and awareness towards war crimes and the establishment of an international tribunal

The tender is launched on behalf of the Council of Europe project “Safeguarding Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Media in Ukraine”, within the Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” (2023-2026).

Expected timeline for the provision of services: 2 May 2023 – 31 December 2023.

Deadline for submission of tenders is 10 April 2023 at the e-mail: [email protected] with the reference: “Tender _ Consultancy _ Advice to GPO_UA”.

All questions regarding the tender must be submitted at least 3 (three) days before the deadline for submission of proposals and must be addressed to the e-mail: [email protected] with the following subject: “Tender _ Consultancy _ Advice to GPO _ UA_ Question”.
