The Council of Europe Project “Internal Displacement in Ukraine: Building Solutions – Phase II” is looking for local consultants with a particular expertise on advancement of the legal and regulatory framework on the propection of IDPs and restoration of human rights of the conflict-affected population; strengthening the capacities of local authorities to respond to the needs of IDPs and the conflict-affected population; facilitating of the integration and access to services for IDPs by promoting relevant digital solutions.
