The Council of Europe issued the Call for Tenders 2022/AO/59 for the provision of IT equipment and licenses for the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.

Deadline for the submission of offers: 23:59 (CET) on 23 September 2022.

Tenders with attachments should be sent to [email protected] with the subject: “2022/AO/59”.

Documents submitted after the deadline and filled inappropriately will not be considered.

All questions shall be submitted in English to the email address [email protected] until 16 September 2022.

Before sending your tender, check that it includes:

• A completed and signed copy of the Contract (Appendix II);
• A list of all owners and executive officers, for legal persons only;
• Registration documents for legal persons (a copy of original documents with summary translation into English) in PDF format;
• A quote, describing their financial offer, in line with the requirements of section C of the Tender File (see above);
• Business and Technical requirements (Appendix I) with filled-in column in PDF format;
• A statement from the tenderer that the offered hardware equipment is new and non-refurbished in PDF format;
• A statement of the manufacturer that tenderer is authorized to sell offered equipment in Ukraine in PDF format;
• Brief description which proves that provider has relevant experience in the field of providing similar services with two letters of recommendation or equivalent proving previous respect for deadlines (within the last five years) in PDF format.
