The Council of Europe Office in Ukraine, within the framework of the Project “Strengthening multilevel governance and local democracy to support Ukraine’s recovery”, is launching a tender procedure for the selection of service providers to organise and conduct sociological research on multilevel governance in Ukraine on an as-needed basis under a framework contract. Subject to the availability of funds, the contract may also be used within the next Council of Europe project in the same thematic area under the future Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine.
The tender is divided into the following lots:
- Lot 1: Sociological research through face-to-face interviews (3000 interviews in total)
- Lot 2: Sociological research through computer-assisted telephone interviews (3000 interviews in total)
The Council of Europe intends to select up to six providers in total, with a maximum of three providers per lot, provided that a sufficient number of tenders meet the required criteria.
