Council of Europe Programme “Supporting constitutional and legal reforms, constitutional justice and assisting the Verkhovna Rada in conducting reforms aimed at enhancing its efficiency” is looking for Providers for provision of legal and policy advice in the field of electoral reform and practice in Ukraine.

Information about the Programme and details on tender procedure and assessment criteria are in the enclosed Tender file / terms of reference.

You are encouraged to apply and submit the following documents by e-mail to [email protected] by 2 October 2018, 10:00 (Kyiv time):

• The enclosed Act of Engagement completed and signed;
• Detailed CV;
• At least two samples of the previous work (relevant deliverables / links to publications etc.).
• Documents of the private entrepreneur (in case the person is a private entrepreneur)

Please note that Act of Engagement and CV shall be submitted in English, failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender. Other supporting documents can be provided in English or Ukrainian.
