The Council of Europe, in the framework of the Project “Safeguarding Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Media in Ukraine”, is relaunching a call for tender for purchasing consultancy services for designing and conducting research on the current state of perception and attitude towards the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine among the selected groups of stakeholders.
