Strengthening constitutional justice and human rights in Albania
The main objective of the project is to strengthen the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of the Constitutional Court of Albania, while ensuring alignment of its jurisprudence with European human rights standards
Specific objectives include improving case management through digitalisation, enhancing research and methodological capacities, and strengthening communication with the public.
