Business and Human Rights HELP Course was successfully launched on 6 May 2026 in Kyiv. In the following months, a group of Ukrainian judges will be guided by national tutors as they strengthen their capacity to adjudicate cases involving human rights protection in business operations and to ensure effective domestic remedies for relevant cases of human rights breaches.  The launch of the HELP course now available in Ukrainian in a self-learning format was organised jointly by two cooperation projects of the Council of Europe: "HELP for Ukraine, including during wartime” and “Advancing Ukraine’s Recovery through Responsible Investment”.
