Requirements:
- You have a master's degree or doctorate in history, political science, international relations or an equivalent field of study
- You are under 30 years of age
- You are a national of one of the member states of the Council of Europe
- You have an excellent level of English (C1 or higher), and are able to express yourself clearly and convincingly in front of a large audience
In addition to your CV, please send us a video (no longer than 2 minutes) sharing your thoughts on the debate theme: ‘History should not be used as a political tool’
