To mark the start of the Icelandic presidency of the Committee of Ministers, a tram in Icelandic colours was inaugurated at the “Droits de l’Homme” stop and the country’s flag was raised in Strasbourg city centre, in the presence of Iceland’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Þórdís Kolbrún Reykfjörð Gylfadóttir.
