The North-South Centre of the Council of Europe will organise its annual Summer University on Youth and Development (UYD2025) under the theme “Empowering youth for digital safety”, with the support of the Spanish Institute of Youth (INJUVE) and Euro-Latin American Youth Centre (CEULAJ). The event will gather around 250 youth policy makers, youth workers and youth representatives from Council of Europe member states, the Southern Mediterranean region and beyond for a weeklong programme of capacity building and networking. The UYD encourages dialogue between decision makers and young people, advocating for youth participation and empowering young people towards their rights and duties.
