At Geneva Cyber Week, the Council of Europe Cybercrime Programme Office (C-PROC) will host a side event on artificial intelligence, cybercrime and electronic evidence, explaining why AI matters now for offending and investigations, how existing international legal frameworks can be applied in practice, and what capacity building and public–private co-operation is needed to deliver effective responses while ensuring compliance with human rights and rule of law conditions and safeguards.
