14th plenary meeting of the National Liaison Officers (NLOs)
24 – 25 September 2010, Uppsala, Sweden

The meeting was organised by the Council of Europe in close cooperation with the National Liaison Officer of Sweden and hosted by the Centre for Professional Development and Internationalisation in Schools, Uppsala University.

The objectives of the meeting were to strengthen the communication between the NLOs within the framework of their network, to discuss recent developments at the Council of Europe, to recall the nature of transversal knowledge, skills, attitudes and values promoted by the Council of Europe and their importance for all the learners and for society as a whole, and to prepare the Pestalozzi Programme of training activities for 2011 and onwards.

Representatives from more than 30 countries attended the meeting, together with representatives from partner institutions and the networks of trainers.
