CONTEXT

The Council of Europe project “Policies and Practices for teaching Socio-cultural Diversity” recently presented its very last outcome in the form of a systematic overview and description of teachers’ competences, taking into account the large heterogeneity in European classes. The training will focus on the issue of heterogeneity that participants experience in their educational environment, the way the proposed competences can help teachers not only to cope with it but to transform into an added value.
