CONTEXT

    Intercultural dialogue and learning are closely linked. The challenge teaching has to face in our diversified societies, is indeed to take into account the multitude of appraoches in order to respect each and everyone with its sensitivities. This European Seminar looked therefore into question why teaching has to contribute to the developpement of intercultural competencies. It also looked into practices which anchor the intercultural competence as a constitutive element in the curricula as well as in the practice of teaching itself.
