Council of Europe Protocol advises and assists the Organisation as a whole, as well as representatives of member states, observers and other states where required, on matters related to protocol, privileges and immunities, official events and relations with the host country (France) and other countries. It also organises official visits to the Organisation and its official ceremonies and events, as well as those of its institutions.
