The first project management metholodogy certificates (PMM) were issued on 28 February. Council of Europe staff that complete both the two-day PMM training and a new e-learning are eligible for this skills certificate that has been developed with the Directorate of Human Resources. The new e-learning module is designed so that staff can take one section at a time, when time allows. Overall the e-learning consists of two parts, Part A is an introduction to PMM and Part B is a refresher module that completes the training cycle. Part A of the e-learning is a pre-requisite for the face-to-face training from now on.
