The Council of Europe is currently implementing and until 31/07/2018 will implement a Project in Ukraine on Consolidating Ukraine’s Justice Sector Reform. In that context, it is looking for Provider(s) for the provision of expert services to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.

Project is aiming to engage the team of short-term international consultants to provide expertise, trainings and other services of intellectual matter to contribute to the justice sector reform by assisting in the monitoring of its implementation though providing relevant awareness-raising and capacity building of stakeholders and by subsequent fostering public awareness of and support for the reform.

The Project’s support involves recommendations on methodology and process for monitoring the implementation of the Justice Sector Reform Strategy in consultation with pilot justice reform stakeholders, including civil society, as well as encouraging stakeholders and civil society actors to monitor the justice sector reform and assess its results in practice. The Project will organise consultation meetings with relevant justice sector stakeholders and trainings on implementation of PRM activities into stakeholders’ plans and strategies, as well as trainings and assistance to civil society actors regarding the process and results of monitoring, and provide assistance in testing the developed methodology and learning to feed the results of the monitoring and review into the web-based platform.

The Project is encouraging eligible professionals to apply till 01 September 2017.
