The Council of Europe “Decentralisation and Territorial Consolidation in Ukraine” and Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine offer for your attention the next Manual “Best Practices of Local Self-Government – 2016” containing description of practices and contact information of its authors.

The Contest has been organised in Ukraine since 2012 following the Council of Europe methodology, and since 2014 – under the auspices of the Minregion. 

The Manual is available in the Ukrainian language.
