Please be informed that on 28th August 2015 a nomination session will be held for CSOs to identify 4 representatives of the Selection Panel to select members of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption.
Access to the nomination session will be granted to those CSOs that are registered as legal entities, have prevention or countering corruption as part of their statutory activities and of practical action portfolio, with experience in this field being over one year, and the submitted documents complying with the set criteria.
In order to partake in the nomination session, CSOs shall submit hardcopies and electronic, scanned PDF document versions on an electronic means:
- application without a set template, duly signed by the head of a CSO indicating the person to represent the CSO at the meeting (a suggested layout may be downloaded here.);
- a copy of the registration certificate and statute of the CSO stamped with the CSO seal (should it have this seal);
- documents and other materials that prove the anticorruption track record of the CSO of no fewer than one year.
Should the CSO wish to propose a candidate to become part of the Selection Panel, the mentioned documents shall be supplemented by an application by this candidate regarding agreement to become part of the Selection Panel, as well as an extended autobiography that contains the following information: surname, name and patronymic (if applicable), full date of birth, citizenship, information on education, employment, position (trade), place of work, civic work (including on elected positions), membership in political parties (including in the past), information on indictments of crimes or misdemeanors (if any). Relevant documents are accepted through the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kyiv, 10 Rylsky provulok, suite 205) daily from 09:00 until 18:00 until 21 August 2015 (contact person – Dyachok Tetiana Omelianivna, tel.: (044) 271-16-37, (044) 271-16-87)).

The organizers envisage possibility of ticket reimbursement to those participants of the nomination meeting and candidates to become part of the Selection Committee who live outside Kyiv and have traveled to Kyiv to partake in the meeting, should those individuals present an ID (passport, driver’s license, work ID) and tickets for a train (coupe, Intercity 2 class) or bus (no reimbursement is envisaged for receipts for fuel purchase).
Documents submitted by the CSOs shall be published on the official web-site of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the National Reform Council (http://goo.gl/YaHKyM). The list of CSOs eligible to partake in the nomination meeting shall be published on 26 August 2015 on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Nomination meeting shall take place on 28 August 2015 at 10:00.
Venue: Kyiv, 7 Instytutska str., Club of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Access to the venue shall be reserved to media representatives, nomination meeting participants and candidates nominated by the CSOs at or before 09:45 after demonstration of a passport as an ID.
