The systematic evaluation of training activities is an essential component to identify strengths and areas for possible improvement for further planning and implementation of Action’s activities.

For this reason, the monitoring of local training sessions on property rights was carried out by an independent national consultant in the framework of the Action “Supporting effective domestic remedies and facilitating the of ECtHR judgments”. The trainings were organised in Vlora (7-8 June) and Shkoder (11-12 June) in close cooperation with the School Magistrate and State Advocate and aimed at improving training capacities of the judiciary to implement the Law no. 133/2015 "On the Treatment of Property and the Completion of the Property Compensation Process".

The evaluation findings revealed improved trainers’ presentation and communication skills compared to the performance demonstrated at the earlier stage of the Action’s implementation. The evaluation report provides a detailed list of recommendations, prepared based on feedback and suggestions provided by the participants.
