Call for tenders: International consultancy services

We are launching a call for tenders for the provision of international consultancy services in the field of human rights, with a focus on displacement, migration, asylum, and return.

All tenderers must register on the Council of Europe e-procurement platform and submit their bids exclusively via this platform.
