The potential gamete donor shall be medically examined for:

9. Are there specific non-medical criteria for selection of gametes/embryos to be used for MAP? Yes. Choosing matching appearance of donor and future parents is possible. It is prohibited to choose the sex of the child during medically assisted procreation, except for the case of an inherited genetic disorder related to the sex.
10. Are there special measures for the prevention of consanguinity? Yes. There can be no more than three children born as a result of medically assisted procreation using gametes from a single donor, except in cases of multiple pregnancy.
11. In a homosexual couple, is a legal relationship possible between a child and the partner of the legal parent? No
