The Council of Europe has announced a tender call for the provision of design and printing services within the framework of its Project on Promoting Media Professionalism and Freedom of Information in Azerbaijan (PRO-M-FEX).
The tender procedure aims to conclude a one-off contract for the delivery of services described in the Act of Engagement. Interested service providers are invited to submit their tender bids using the Tender File and the Act of Engagement available below. Financial proposals must be submitted in English. Detailed information on the required documents to be submitted together with the signed Act of Engagement is available in Section F of the Tender File.
