The Council of Europe Office in Baku is inviting applications for the position of Driver – Logistic Assistant (Grade C3).

The successful candidate will provide driving services to the Head of Office, Council of Europe staff and official visitors, while also supporting the Office with logistical, administrative and security-related tasks.

Applicants should have at least three years of relevant professional driving experience, a valid driving licence held for a minimum of five years, excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and a very good command of English. Experience driving VIPs or working with international organisations is considered an advantage.

This is a locally recruited fixed-term position based in Baku until 31 December 2027, with the possibility of extension.
