- The As Mariñas Consortium is an intermunicipality gathering 8 towns in the Province of A Coruña (Galicia): Abegondo, Bergondo, Betanzos, Cambre, Carral, Culleredo, Oleiros and Sada. Its creation in 2000 was due to the need to provide a global and coordinated service in the areas of environment, social services, culture and tourism.
