- Description
- The “Entente Mine Cockerill Esch sur Alzette” Association works for the preservation and promotion of the Katzenberg mining site in Esch-sur-Alzette.
The Cockerill Mine Museum was by the volunteers from the Association and displays fossils, lamps and mining tools, as well as other artefacts from the life in the mine.
The Cockerill Mine Museum is an Individual Site of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
