The Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT) will publish a report on its ad hoc visit to Scotland from 4 to 13 June 2025. The main aim of the visit was to examine the treatment and conditions of detention of people held in Scottish prisons and secure care accommodation for minors, as well as in police custody.
