Montenegro will host annual Joint Meeting of the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB). Chairperson of the Governing Board Ambassador Harry Alex Rusz, Chairperson of the Administrative Council Wioletta Barwicka-Lofthouse, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, President of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) Theodoros Rousopoulos and Governor of the CEB Carlo Monticelli will open this event which will be livestreamed and open to media from 9:30 am to 12 pm (local time).

Registration is mandatory by 1 April, 6 pm.
