Voltar Call for tenders to be part of the Intercultural Inclusion Unit Pool of experts

Call for tenders to be part of the Intercultural Inclusion Unit Pool of experts

The Intercultural Inclusion Unit of the Council of Europe works with local, regional and national authorities to exchange experiences and develop innovative ways to promote stronger and more cohesive societies through the intercultural inclusion approach. Through the Intercultural Cities (ICC) Programme and the Committee of Experts on Intercultural Inclusion (ADI-INT), we turn experience into solutions for furthering inclusion and tackling discrimination and inequality.

In doing so, the Unit draws upon an extensive network of consultants with two sorts of knowledge: knowledge of international standards and different European and international systems, and knowledge of the domestic system in which the activities are implemented. This combination ensures that Council of Europe standards are understood and applied according to local needs and contexts, including the national legislative framework.

As the current ICC Pool of Experts will expire in March 2027, the Council of Europe is launching a new international public call for tenders for consultants to contribute to the activities of the Intercultural Inclusion Unit.

If you are interested in joining the ICC Pool of Experts, consult the full tender file and carefully follow all the instructions for submission. The call’s documents are available via the Council of Europe’s e-procurement platform. Those interested in submitting a tender are invited to click “access the opportunity” to create their profile on the platform in order to start submitting their offer.

For information, when creating your profile, or if you did not log onto the platform in the last 3 months, it will need to be approved, which takes up to 2 working days. We strongly recommend to take the necessary steps to ensure you have access to the platform and can submit your bid at least one week before the deadline of this call.

Tenders can be submitted in English or French. However, the French version of this Tender file is provided for information purposes only. In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.

All offers and questions must be sent through the e-procurement platform.

Tenders submitted by any other means (including using the messages functionality of the e-procurement platform or by direct emails) will be excluded from the procedure.

We look forward to receiving your application!
