- The Museum De Cruquius occupies the former steam pumping station in Cruquius, one of the three steam-powered stations which were built in the mid-18th century to dry out the Haarlem Lake.
The Museum De Cruquius Foundation consists of the De Cruquius Museum and the Historical Museum.
The Museum De Cruquius is an Anchor Point of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
