Description
The Archaeological-Ecological Centre Albersdorf (AÖZA) is the non-profit company managing the prehistoric cultural heritage in Albersdorf (Dithmarschen, Schleswig-Holstein).
The Dithmarschen Stone Age Park is an open air museum of archaeology, featuring a reconstructed Stone Age village according to the Neolithic cultural landscape of ca. 3.000 BC. The Centre organises also seminars and events, some aimed specially at young people.
The Dithmarschen Museum of Archeology and Ecology in the historic Albersdorfer Bahnhofshotel is the only predominantly rchaeological museum on Schleswig-Holstein's west coast.
