The Commissioner for Human Rights Michael O’Flaherty will speak at the PACE General policy debate 'Europe, the fastest-warming continent: accelerating climate action with young people'. On the same day, the Commissioner will have an exchange of views with the PACE Committee on Social Affairs, Health and Sustainable Development and the Parliamentary Network for a healthy environment.
