Mr Tim Otty, Vice President of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe and member in respect of the United Kingdom, participated in the 4th edition of the London Conference on International Law Regional Conference. He intervened during the plenary session on the “Global Rule of Law”, presented as one of the pillars on which a just and lasting peace is built. During his intervention he referred to the Venice Commission Updated Rule of Law Checklist.
