By letter dated 18 August 2026, Mr Igor Grosu, the President of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft Law No. 448 of 6 December 2023 on the Status, Conduct and Ethics of Members of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.

The draft opinion is scheduled for discussion and adoption at the 148th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (9-10 October 2026).
