By letter received on 3 November 2026, the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia, Mr Erdenebulgan Juujaa, requested a follow-up opinion of the Venice Commission to its Opinion on the draft laws on the Constitutional Court and on the Procedure of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia.
The draft opinion is scheduled for discussion and adoption at the 149th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission (11-12 December 2026).
