The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has made a request for an amicus curiae brief from the Venice Commission on the mode of elections of delegates in the House of Peoples of the Parliament of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The amicus curiae brief should be adopted by the Venice Commission at its 108th Plenary Session in October 2016.
