The Council of Europe will be present at the 15th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, participating in several events focusing on crimes that affect the environment.

These discussions will provide an important platform to promote the new Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of the Environment through Criminal Law and to exchange on the role of criminal justice in addressing environmental crime.
