The PMM handbook, the general introduction to the Council of Europe’s project management methodology, has been downloaded more than 2600 times by December 2017. This is approximately as many downloads as the Council of Europe has staff.

An increasing number of these downloads are made by national authorities and other interested parties.

Internal guidelines for project communication have also been downloaded more than 600 times.
