The Council of Europe makes available to the public a wide range of public documents and web content via its Knowledge Sharing search sites.

Knowledge sites of the Council of Europe
The Committee of Ministers (CM) knowledge site enables you to search in all public documents of the CM and of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe. It is also possible to search in all contents of the CM website.
The Commissioner for Human Rights knowledge site enables you to explore the work of the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights. It provides access to activity reports, thematic reports, country reports, recommendations, and statements on human rights issues across member states.
The Congress knowledge site enables you to search all documents and web contents, and also adopted texts and documents of the Bureau.

The Directorate of Communications knowledge site enables you to search in all press releases of the Council of Europe or more specifically in the press releases of the Secretary General or of the Deputy Secretary General.
The Treaty Office knowledge site enables you to search in all conventions of the Council of Europe.
The Tromsø Convention site enables you to search in Official Documents held by public authorities without discrimination and regardless of the requester's status or motives in seeking access.
The Directorate of Democracy knowledge site enables you to search in all public documents and web contents of this directorate and also to make a more specific search in one of its entities such as the Bern Convention, the CDCG, Cultural Routes, Cultural and heritage, Education, Intercultural cities, Sport, Youth and the World Forum for Democracy.
The Directorate of Human Rights and Rule of Law knowledge site enables you to search in all public documents and web contents of this directorate and also to make a more specific search in one of its entities such as Bioethics, Children's Rights, CCJE, CCPE, Counter Terrorism, Cybercrime, Data protection etc.
The Intergovernmental knowledge site enables you to search in all documents linked to intergovernmental projects such as Human Rights, Anti-discrimination diversity and inclusion, Human Rights in biomedicine and health, legal cooperation, Culture heritage and landscape, Terorism, Gender Equality etc.
