Accessing CoE Restricted Applications
1. Set/Reset your password
A. Getting your COE login
To activate your access to the Council of Europe’s collaborative services, you will receive an automatic email containing your CoE login (1) .
Once you receive the email, click on the link provided to set your password: https://myaccount.coe.int (2) .
This password is essential to access the Council of Europe’s services. Please choose it carefully and store it securely

B. Setting your password
- By clicking on https://myaccount.coe.int, you will be redirected to the login page.
- Click on "I want to reset my password".

- Enter your CoE login received previously by email, then click “Next”.

- Check your personal email inbox and click on the link « I want to change my password ».

- Set your new password (1)
- Confirm your password (2)
- Then click “Confirm” (3)


- You will receive a confirmation email once your password has been reset. This password will remain valid for 6 months.

- You will use this password, along with your COE login, to access the Council of Europe services.
2. Access a Council of Europe application
Click on the link to the application sent by your administrator and then enter your COE Credentials.
