On October 14-15, 2026, the NGO TVORY DOBROPILLYA, the State Rehabilitation Institution "Center for Comprehensive Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities "Donbas-Prykarpattia", and the Donetsk Regional State Administration organised the Forum of Recovery and Opportunities in Ivano-Frankivsk.

For displaced people, social professionals, and representatives of civil society, a space was created for a dialogue about support, barrier-free and new solutions for displaced people with disabilities.

The participants talked about the best practices on the part of the state and NGOs in informing relocated persons in host communities, referrals, and the experience of displaced people.

Displaced people with disabilities, together with specialists in groups, worked out the challenges faced by people with disabilities during displacement and ways to solve them together.
