We invite local self-government officials and local councillors to participate in the 4th national survey on training needs.

The study will help identify the knowledge and skills currently needed by local self-government officials and local councillors. In particular, the survey covers their daily tasks, professional competences, preferred training formats, staffing needs, and challenges faced by local self-government bodies at the basic, district and regional levels.

The study is conducted by the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service in co-operation with the Council of Europe Project “Strengthening multilevel governance and local democracy to support Ukraine’s recovery” and in partnership with the national associations of local authorities: the Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils, the Association of Ukrainian Cities, the Association of Amalgamated Territorial Communities and the All-Ukrainian Association of Communities.
