On 23 November 2025, a week-long study visit to the Hanenbos, Destelheide, and De Hoge Rielen youth centers in Belgium, which have the Quality Label of the Council of Europe, began. The visit is organised jointly by ADJ (Flemish Non-Profit Association), the NGO «Kremenchuk informative-elucidative centre European club» (Youth Centre «Space of Ideas»), the Council of Europe project «Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV».
This study visit is a response to the needs of youth workers from Ukraine, which are discussed at the 14th, 15th and 16th Platforms of Youth Centres with the Quality Label of the Council of Europe in 2023 in Strasbourg, France, in 2024 in Budapest, Hungary, in 2025 in Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
During the visit, the Ukrainian delegation explores the work of youth centers and local organisations, as well as gets acquainted with programmes, practices and local and national policies.
