A thematic report of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (the Ombudsman) on the rights of war-affected people has been developed with the expert and technical support of the Council of Europe Project “Internal Displacement in Ukraine: Building Solutions. Phase II” (the Project).

On 14 December 2022 the Ombudsman has presented the Report to the stakeholders, civil society and media. 

On 20 December 2022 the Ombudsman has discussed the Report with the Members of Parliament of Ukraine and expert community at the Meeting of the Expert Council under the Ombudsperson Representative on the Rights of People Suffered from the Military Aggression against Ukraine.

The Project will support English translation of the Report and its publishing in early 2023.
