The Council of Europe project “Strengthening multilevel governance and local democracy to support Ukraine's recovery” supported a training aimed at overcoming administrative barriers and advancing joint spatial development among Lviv Agglomeration communities.
Experts analysed current legislation and introduced innovative “Digital Twin” technology for virtual territory modelling and effective planning.
Community representatives and experts developed collaborative mechanisms for integrating territories and discussed practical projects, including transport hubs and environmental safety initiatives.
The event was organised with the support of the project “Strengthening multilevel governance and local democracy to support Ukraine's recovery”, implemented by the Centre of Expertise for Multilevel Governance at the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023–2026.
